We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing
Store credit will be issued for the full value of the returned item and can be used on a future purchase.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you require a different size or style, please return your item for store credit and place a new order using your credit.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange unless deemed faulty.

FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can assist you promptly.
CONDITION OF RETURNS
All returned items must be:

In original condition

With all original tags attached

Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, or washing scents
Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the customer.
SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
